Braintree interior demolition splits cleanly into two kinds of jobs. On the commercial side — South Shore Plaza, Forbes Road, the corridor along Granite Street — we strip out retail spaces and office suites for the next tenant, on a schedule the landlord and GC can plan around.
On the residential side, it's renovation gut work in the neighborhoods: a kitchen-and-bath strip, a wall removal, a finished-basement do-over. Same crew, same truck, just a different building type.
In both cases we self-perform the demo and live-load the debris straight into the compactor truck — so a Braintree fit-out doesn't tie up a parking lot with a dumpster, and a renovation doesn't tie up the driveway either.
